What we love:
The pretty bar food like the roasted beetroot that comes with kale and yoghurt, or the burrata and broccolini that comes with garlic confit and pickled raisins…can’t stop eating those!
Stuart was a finalist in the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition 2016 – ask him for his competition cocktail, the Legado Rosa (a passion fruit concoction inspired by his grandmother).
