You will learn:


-the principle and techniques of raw healthy desserts in the kitchen 
-how to make three new desserts including bliss balls, and cheesecakes 
-the equipment and ingredients needed
tips on where to buy these from, as well as the health properties of each ingredient. 
-Elika will provide nutritional health tips and advice throughout the demo, too.

The desserts are all gluten, dairy & refined sugar-free but most importantly will satisfy the sweetest of tooths whilst providing a more stable blood sugar level.

You’ll be able to try all three raw desserts throughout the demo.
