For an introduction to Singaporean cuisine and other Southeast Asian cooking techniques, join Ruxqana Vasanwala as she walks you through each step at her warm and welcoming home in Singapore. Special classes include the Signature Cooking Class, where you head to 100-year old house on a small island just 10 minutes from Singapore and learn how to make the classic dish of Nasi Kerabu using fresh jungle herbs from the garden. Culinary On
At 7,000 square feet, Culinary On is the largest cooking studio in Asia and a great place to host fun parties, master classes, and team building activities with a gastronomic twist. The space can be divided into a conference room and four event areas, each with their own cooking stations, chef table and bar. Focusing on healthy vegetarian cuisine, chef Shalu Asnani disproves the myth that vegetarian food has to be boring with her fun, interactive and hands-on cooking classes at her home on East Coast Road. The classes here are divided into three categories: demonstrations, hands-on baking and hands-on cooking.
