SUP is all the rage these days, and here in Singapore the Stand Up Paddling School is the leading expert in this popular sport. We suggest starting with a beginner lesson to learn the basics, because even though it looks relatively easy, there are some tips and tricks that will help you glide across the waves like a pro. Upside Motion

This unique boutique fitness studio offers a variety of classes that go above and beyond your typical aerobics classes. Our favourite is the Aerial class that combines traditional yoga, dance, and acrobatics techniques using silk hammocks. There’s something so liberating about stretching out those muscles and joints while levitating above the ground. They also offer cardio classes that include ballet barre exercises and mat pilates sessions.
