With all the wining and dining we do, exercise is pretty high on our list of priorities. But sometimes just the thought of trudging away on a treadmill at the gym is the last thing we want to do, especially after a long day at the office. That’s why we’re always on the lookout for new ways to get fit, and recently we’ve come across some utterly unique workouts that are about as far removed from the boring old gym as you can get. Trust us, you’ll have so much fun at these fitness sessions that you’ll forget you’re actually burning tons of calories and toning up that bod.
Want to get fit and feel like a kid again? Head to Bounce Singapore for supercharged fitness sessions on trampolines. The Bounce Fit programme includes three types of classes, each with a different intensity and focus. The Basic class covers cardio, toning, and core for a full body experience. The ABT class is all about body shaping with a focus on abs, butt, and thighs, and the Combat class involves MMA style punches and kicks. Even better, each class allows you to bounce to your heart’s content on high-grade trampolines.

This unique boutique fitness studio offers a variety of classes that go above and beyond your typical aerobics classes. Our favourite is the Aerial class that combines traditional yoga, dance, and acrobatics techniques using silk hammocks. There’s something so liberating about stretching out those muscles and joints while levitating above the ground. They also offer cardio classes that include ballet barre exercises and mat pilates sessions.
