So how do you get the most out of your ZoukOut experience? These are some of our top tips on how to work ZoukOut’s 14-hour music festival like a rockstar.

Survival Tip #1: Get The Party Started Early

With about 50,000 people expected to attend ZoukOut this year, you can pretty much bet that the Sentosa Express and Cable Cars will be chockers. The best way to avoid the mad rush is to get there early. This year Zoukout will open the doors at 6:30pm on both nights and offer a food village with tons of great eats so you can fuel up for the evening whilst catching the sunset and listening to chilled out beats.

Survival Tip #2: Pack Smart

There’s nothing worse than rocking up to a music festival and realising you’ve left something essential behind like your phone, photo ID, wallet or sunnies for those sunrise sets. Before you head out the door, make sure you’ve got everything you need to get you through the evening. Also keep in mind that there are a few items not allowed inside including selfie sticks, video cameras, laser pointers and outside food and drinks.

Survival Tip #3: The Best Views of ZoukOut are from the Top

Thanks to ZoukOut’s partnership with AJ Hackett Sentosa, you can now soak up bird’s eye views of the festival from the Skybridge that towers 47 metres above the action. There will be special prices for Skybridge access available for the duration of the music festival. You can also enjoy the festivities from a unique perspective on the Bungy Jump, Giant Swing, and Vertical Skywalk with a 20% discount for all ZoukOut ticket holders from 6pm to 8pm. Regular pricing resumes after 8pm.

Survival Tip #4: Take Breaks to Refuel and Regroup

With such incredible DJ sets going on, you’ll probably find it hard to tear yourself away from the dancefloor, but if you want to make it through to the end, you’ve got to take breaks. There will be plenty of places where you can chill out for a bit including AJ’s Bar and Beach Dining at the beach level, which will be serving up drinks, tapas and a ZoukOut signature cocktail in an exclusive VIP Area that can house up to 50 people.

Survival Tip #5: Consider Booking into a Hotel

If you’re planning on attending both days of ZoukOut, you may as well save yourself the travel time and make a weekend out of it by booking into one of the fab hotels on Sentosa Island like W Singapore Sentosa Cove Hotel and Hard Rock Hotel. They also offer packages with Genting Hotel Jurong and Park Hotel Alexandra. Hotel packages include two tickets to ZoukOut 2017, daily breakfast and daily transfers to the festival. Survival Tip #6: Go VIP for the Ultimate Zoukout Experience

If you want to enjoy ZoukOut with just a little more comfort and class than the general masses, definitely go for one of their VIP tickets. VIP perks include priority entry, access to the VIP tents and the VIP bar with standing tables and private washrooms. VIP tickets are still up for grabs, and you can also reserve VIP Table Packages. Survival Tip #7: Book your transport ahead of time
