Basque Kitchen by Aitor is the latest dining destination from Unlisted Collection and it’s already earning accolades for Chef Aitor Jeronimo Orive’s innovative Basque cuisine. The festive menu features an array of exciting dishes like the lobster and squid bomba rice with saffron aioli, golden snapper with salsa verde, and veal shank with marrow, foie, and truffle beef jus.

If you love Italian cuisine, then Oso is the perfect place to indulge on Christmas Day. Firstly, the ambiance is lovely with interesting artworks throughout and sometimes even a saxophone player to set the mood. Then of course there is the food. Come for Christmas lunch or dinner and you’ll be treated to divine dishes like the almond-potato soup with white truffle and gold dust, ravioli with porcini, foie gras and sage sauce, and honey-glazed pork pancetta belly with chestnuts and porcini.

If you want something a little unique, head to RIZU, Duxton’s hidden gem. They are offering their seasonal Omakase menu through the festive season consisting of eight courses including a high grade Wagyu Striploin Steak (Sendai Beef) and an Abalone Donabe Takikomi Gohan with Salmon Roe (Japanese Mixed Rice by Clay Pot), which were both delicious. For the week of Christmas, diners can indulge in a Red Banana Cake with Eggnog Ice Cream for dessert. Guests of 4 or more will receive a complimentary bottle of champagne. Omakase menu priced at $158+ per person.

The Kitchen Table at W Hotel is offering up great holiday feasts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at their gorgeous setting next to the water. The buffet will be a round-the-world journey of international dishes like whole roasted turkey, salt-baked salmon, fresh sashimi, mutton rogan josh, yellow coconut duck curry, and grilled shish taouk.
