Stuck in the same old Sunday rut? If so, UJ has a little something to shake things up on Sunday 22 July. Gather your crew and head down toM Socialin the heart ofRobertson QuayforSunday Market Flow, an action-packed day of morning yoga,gourmet eats, and an outdoor market featuring some of Singapore’s best sustainable brands. We’re talking hand-poured candles, luscious skincare products, organic linens, one-of-a-kind jewellery, and more. What better way to spend a Sunday than getting your body moving, chowing down on delish dishes, and scoring some sweet stuff to take home?

10am – 11am: 1 hour Vinyasa Morning Flow class, $18 (Level 2, My Space,limited tickets available,use promo codeUJFlowfor $6 off the ticket price – see below for details of teacher and class)

11am – 4pm– Marketplace (Level 1, outside Beast & Butterflies)

The yoga class will be led by Aliana Hassan Nur (Aly).

About Aly:

Aly has always been a student first, learning from different school of thoughts and teachers around the world. She started with Strala Yoga by Tara Stiles, a yoga practice that focuses on feeling and easy movements.

You can find her in every corner of Singapore teaching in various studios; Freedom Yoga, Still Yoga, Outtahatha and All About Yoga.

Her classes are energetic, engaging, fun and light-hearted. She consciously put out her intentions for the class through her voice and energy.

She loves using other senses to help elevate the practice. Using her own unique blends of essential oil spray and melodious tunes that is carefully curated for each different class. Her classes are calming but also garners that power from within, being mindful of the breath through the movement and deep stretches allowing you to feel energised, empowered, calmed and renewed.

We kick off at 10am with an hour-long outdoor yoga class byGuavaPass, our favourite fitness community. Then you can head to a riverside table atBeast & Butterfliesin M Social for some Nitrogen cold brew coffees and hearty fare from their brand new set brunch menu. Take your pick of delicious starters, then dig into mains like the lobster ramen and truffle oil scrambled eggs with chorizo. Little ones are also catered to with fun kid-friendly eats. Once you’ve had your fill of tasty fusion dishes and maybe a cheeky pint or two of M Brew (Millennium’s own premium ale), make your way to the market to mingle with the good folks selling a smorgasbord of carefully curated eco-friendly products. We can’t wait to see you there!

The Marketplace

Looking to kit out your apartment, get beautified, or grab some healthy superfood eats? These are just a few of the vendors that will be gracing the stalls atSunday Market Flow.Hitpaywill also be on hand to ensure payments are super easy.

Bakening

Vegan and gluten-free eaters don’t have to miss out on beautiful baked goods with Bakening’s heavenly GF sweets, made with natural ingredients and a whole lot of love. Think GF cupcakes, vegan and paleo cookies, and fluffy coconut bread minus the processed ingredients.

For those who haven’t heard of chufa, this superfood has a nutty taste, but it’s actually from the tuber family and packed full of nutrients like Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, zinc, copper, iron, and magnesium.
