THE SCOOP: After scoring Mumford and Sons for their Saturday headliner, Neon Lights is shaping up to be an exciting festival hitting up Fort Canning Park with HALSEY being added to the already exciting lineup. She’s a huge name as she’s riding a tidal wave of success and releases and was recently nominated for six MTV Music Awards last week, including Artist of the Year. Festival-goers can expect a raw and cathartic set, with an inevitable #girlcrush to boot.
