Why you should come here:
This is a great place to take the whole family, gather a group of friends or entertain and impress clients. The decor is understated elegance at its best, and the premium dim sum is made with the freshest seasonal produce. And although it may be a tad on the pricey side for a la carte, you definitely get what you pay for. However, the dim sum brunch is cheaper than most other brunches in town and extremely high value.
What we love:
The Crispy Wasabi Aioli Prawns have the perfect amount of crunch and just a touch of heat that is balanced out by the fresh mango and roe. This is probably our favourite dish on the menu. However ALL the the dim sum is very tasty. We also really enjoyed the Imperial Hot & Sour Seafood Soup for its tangy broth and ample portions of fish, the Honey Glazed Kurobuta Pork Char Siew and the Steamed Live Prawns with mixed garlic.
UJ tidbit:
The brunch here is spot on if you’re craving a huge Cantonese feast. Go with a bunch of people so you can sample a bit of everything.
Damage:
The brunch costs $68++ per adult and $40++ per child (7 – 11 years old)
