Brunch at mezza9

brunch at mezza9

mezza9 is the Grand Hyatt Singapore’s spectacular 400-seat restaurant with nine different dining stations in one venue including a grill and rotisserie, Thai deli, sushi and sashimi station, a patisserie counter and more. The best way to indulge in all of their gustatory offerings is to head here on a Sunday for their extravagant champagne brunch.

Why you should come here:

When it comes to brunch spreads mezza9 really has it all, from roasts to dim sum delights, Yorkshire pudding, Japanese yakitori, Peking duck and charcuterie and cheeses. At each station you can watch the chefs live in action making dishes to order, and you can even get them to customise some of your dishes. The free-flow champagne also adds to the opulence.

What we love:

You would be hard pressed to find a better seafood station or fresh sashimi bar anywhere in town, and they definitely offer the freshest and most expensive seafood range when it comes to brunches. This is a staple go-to when you want amazing food and service in an elegant setting.

UJ Tidbit:

Ask for a table that’s quite central, near the entrance or by the spread because it can be quite a trek to make the rounds at this massive buffet. We suggest maximizing the seafood bar by sitting close to the action.
