1. CÉ LA VI
CÉ LA VI is one of Singapore’s most iconic rooftop bars, which makes it the perfect spot to catch the fireworks and party your way into 2020. The theme this year is Vegas Nights, so come dressed in your swankiest attire and prepare to glam it out until the early hours of the morning. Insiders tip: to make sure you get stellar views of the fireworks, table bookings are highly recommended. Also, it doesn’t hurt to show up a bit early to ensure you snag a good spot.

2. 1927 at SO Singapore Sofitel
It’s going to be a glittery affair at 1927’s Gold Countdown Party, held next to the infinity pool on the rooftop of SO Singapore Sofitel. The party kicks off at 6pm with welcome drinks and will continue through to 2020 with free-flow drinks, killer beats by DJs Hans & Diamondback, and an epic countdown at midnight with Taittinger champagne. Each guest will also get a party pack with fun goodies and the chance to win awesome prizes with lucky draws every hour.

3. Kinki
For fab views of the fireworks in a fun and funky setting, make your way to the rooftop bar at Kinki where you can party it up with live music, glasses of bubbly, bottles of premium spirits and tasty sharing platters of ebi fry, chicken wings, and fries. You can also opt for the exclusive NYE set dinner with your choice of five courses at 6pm or 6 courses at 9pm. And if you really want to make a full day of it, they also have a NYE bottomless brunch going down from 12pm – 3pm.

4. Bar Rouge
Perched on the 71st floor of Swissotel The Stamford, Bar Rouge offers sweeping views of Marina Bay and front row seats to the spectacular NYE fireworks display. The theme for the countdown party is Electric Sky, so dress in your finest midnight blue apparel and get ready to ring in 2020 with a bang. The party kicks off with disco and nu-disco beats by DJ Kenneth Francis. Then from 10pm onwards, DJs Styluxtakut, Rattle, and Fadille will be lighting up the dance floor with hip hop and R&B rhythms.

What better way to end the year than partying on a beach under the moonlight with your toes in the sand? Tanjong Beach Club invites one and all to start the countdown celebration early on their gorgeous strip of sand. From 9pm onwards, the drinks will be flowing alongside tropical beats by DJ Andrew M. In honour of 2020, Lulu’s Lounge is stepping back in time for NYE… 100 years to be exact. The theme of the 100 Years Late party is the roaring 20s, so get all dolled up in your flapper dresses, fedoras and pin-striped suits and enter the lounge for a multi-sensory evening filled with unexpected entertainment, sexy signature drinks, and larger than life characters. The party starts at 9pm and will go to 5am with bar bites available until 4am.

7. Marquee
Singapore’s biggest nightclub is throwing an equally massive bash this NYE with headliners W&W hitting the decks. The Dutch DJ and record producer duo are famous for their mesmerising trance sets, so get ready to take a journey into their unique soundscapes right through to 2020. Early bird tickets are already sold out, but at the time of writing there are still limited advance tickets on offer. VIP table reservations are also up for grabs.

8. 1864 at Sofitel City Centre
With modern interiors and a reputation for sublime cocktails, 1864 is a classy spot to celebrate the beginning of a new decade. The New Year’s Eve bash will feature free-flow drinks for two hours with highlights like contemporary cocktails and craft beers including the Crocodile Sunset Summer Ale and Banana Sunday Session IPA. There will also be canape platters going around and live music right up until the countdown.

9. COMO Club
Groovy vibes are a given at COMO Club this New Year’s Eve, as the newly opened aperitif bar is throwing a Bossa Nova NYE party that’s sure to get party peeps moving. Grab a glass of bubbles and get down to soulful samba rhythms by INDIGO with vocals by Dawn Ho. Later in the evening, DJ Joey Fitzgerald will hit the decks with more funky beats. Tickets include a party pack and free-flow Taittinger champagne, wine, beer, selected spirits, and cocktails.

If a divine NYE dinner is more your style than an all-night party, Dolce Vita has you covered. Have a seat in the elegant dining room and let the waiters serve you up six sensational courses of modern Italian fare including Boston lobster salad with yuzu heirloom radish and caviar vinaigrette and seared Miyazaki Wagyu beef sirloin with creamy mashed potato, red wine endive and black truffle jus. Wine pairings are optional and you’ll get a complimentary glass of bubbles right before the countdown.

We love mezza9 for its fresh sustainable fare and the sheer volume of dishes on offer. This NYE, the culinary team will be pulling out all the stops with a beautiful buffet spread of succulent seafood like fresh oysters, sashimi, and lobster ‘thermidor style’, plus hearty roasts, tasty salads, sweet treats and more. This is a great place to celebrate NYE with the family because children are welcome and there’s even a special price for kids between 4 and 17 years old.

Whether you’re celebrating NYE as a couple, with family or with friends, Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar makes for a great place to gather over great food and drinks and toast to 2020. There will be a selection of enticing New Year’s specials available on December 31st and January 1st like foie gras terrine with black truffle, pear and endive, Maine lobster with herb raviolini in a gruyere broth, and coconut panna cotta with exotic fruits.

13. The Alkaff Mansion
The Alkaff Mansion is home to three different dining venues, two of which will be offering fun specials on New Year’s Eve. Both UNA and TXA Pintxo Bar will be serving up drink specials throughout the evening, making it easy to cheers to the New year. Starting at 6pm, glasses of cava at both venues will drop by a dollar every hour, so by the time midnight rolls around, you can get Spanish bubbles for $10++ a glass.

14. LAVO
Countdown to 2020 with non-stop drinks, eats, and incredible views of the fireworks at the rooftop bar at LAVO. The NYE party starts at 10:30pm and runs until 2:30am with free-flow champagne, wine, and spirits, plus a decadent Italian-American buffet spread. The early-bird tickets are already sold out, but you can still grab standard tickets for this epic party high above Marina Bay and the waterfront skyline.
