Why you should come here:
People usually opt for the bar because it’s the first thing you see from the street and a fun and casual spot to grab some glasses of vino and light bites. But you should definitely give the restaurant a chance as well. The restaurant menu offers an amazing spread that goes beyond just tapas, and the vibe is much more sophisticated and sexy.
What we love:
Binomio has some really affordable wines that go great with all those croquettes, jamon de pata negra, and stuffed olives. Be sure to try the Croquettes Binomio with ham, chicken and boiled egg. For a heartier meal, we highly suggest the Tuetano con Tartar (grilled bone marrow and aged beef steak tartar served with homemade toast), the Papada con Navajas (char-grilled pork belly with razor clams and a cauliflower puree). There are also plenty of types of paella to choose from. We really enjoyed the Fideua Negra (squid ink noodle paella). And for dessert, the churros are a must.
UJ Tidbit:
The tapas bar is usually a pretty buzzing spot, which makes it a great place to pop into with a friend or two or even visit solo, as you might just strike up a convo with the people sitting next to you. For a more intimate experience like a date, anniversary or birthday, book into the upscale dining room in the back.
Damage:
About $90++ per person including a bottle of wine.
