Why you should come here:
Seafood fans will definitely want to check NUDE out because they’ve got a great selection of tasty fish dishes and succulent crustaceans at great prices. If you’re in a hurry you can grab one of their boxed lunches to eat at the office, or if you’ve got the time you can sit down and tuck into one of their beautifully plated dishes with a cold-pressed juice, organic soda or coffee made with beans by Common Man Coffee Roasters. They also offer champagne and fine wines with lunch and dinner.
What we love:
The dishes here are fresh, modern and won’t hurt your waistline or your wallet. Try the Miso Walnut Snapper with cured duck and local veggies, the Hickory Smoked Salmon with forbidden grains and purple cabbage, or the Bara Chirashi Bowl with aburi salmon sashimi, ikura, tamago, and shibazuke pickles on Niigata rice. They also have non-pescatarian fare on their dinner menu like the Duck Rillettes, Tagliatelle Bolognese and Mushroom & Leek Carbonara.
UJ Tidbit:
If you’re looking for a bit of indulgence after all that healthy fish, veggies and grains, try one of their sweet desserts. After all, you deserve it for being so well-behaved right? Our favourites include the Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache and the Japanese Strawberries & Chamomile with Chitose Agriculture strawberries, chamomile panna cotta, strawberry-basil gel and micro herbs.
Damage:
Lunch dishes start at $17, and dinner dishes start at $23.
