THE SCOOP: If you’ve been to Japan and love ramen, you may have been to Afuri Ramen. Founded in 2003, they have grown in popularity and now have 10 outlets in Tokyo and in other parts of Japan. They are most known for their yuzu ramen. They have opened outlets outside of Japan in Portland, Oregon and Lisbon, Portugal and now venturing into Singapore, its first outpost in wider Asia.
