ClassPass, the five year old fitness start-up which gives members access to thousands of different studios and gyms aquires competitorGuavaPass, a homegrown fitness start up which launched in 2015 and is currently in 11 cities. The two join forces to provide members with the ultimate global fitness membership. Both companies have the same mission which is to make fitness accessible and exciting to everyone and will continue to do so. With the aquistion, ClassPass is now in 80 markets in 11 different counties, with plans to expand to 50 cities in 2019.
What does this mean for your GuavaPass membership?
For all current GuavaPass members, your membership will be valid until 14 January at 23:59 hours and you will be not charged after your date. Starting today, you may choose to either convert your remaining GuavaPass membership into a prorated ClassPass gift card worth approximately SGD 57* to purchase a ClassPass membership package.
