THE SCOOP: The house music icon and grammy award winning DJ and producer, Luis Ferdinand Vega Jr, aka ‘Little’ Louie Vega will be hitting the decks at CÉ LA VI this Saturday! He is celebrated for his diverse music genre and began his career in New York City in the 80s. In 1991, he partnered with Brooklyn-based DJ Kenny “Dope” Gonzalez to form ‘Masters at Work’ and produced critically-acclaimed albums ‘Nuyorican Soul ‘and ‘Masters At Work – Our Time is Coming. With over two decades of experience under his belt, Vega continues to thrive in the music scene, from producing a Grammy award nominated albumLouieVega ‘Starring…XXVIII’’, to launching his own radio show.
