THE SCOOP: If you’ve dined at London’s top restaurants, you may have been to Michelin-starredBarrafina. If so, you will be delighted to hear that OLA Cocina del Mar will be hosting the team of Barrafina London on 2 – 3 March 2019.
Diners can look forward to a Catalanion brunch on 2nd and 3rd March which will feature dishes including Artichoke Spanish Omelette Barrafina,Buttifarra del Perol, Catalan Spanish Sausage, Potatoes and Cabbage, Roasted Veal Shankserved with Mashed Potatoes and Spring Vegetables and more items. Some dishes will pay homage to Chef Santi Santimaria, who was the first Catalan chef to receive three Michelin stars and who chef Angel Zapata of Barrafina used to work with.
The dinner menu will be served on 2nd of March and will have more substantial options like Huevos ‘a la Flamencawith eggs, asparagus, chorizo, country tomato sauce and Paela ‘Mar y Muntanya’ with Iberico Pork Ribs, Cuttlefish, artichokes and lots more!
