THE SCOOP: The Proof Flat will be hosting their last Salon Social at their locale on Hong Kong Street, and will be going out with a nod to American cocktails in honor of Independence Day – this Thursday, the 4th of July. Red white & blue attire is encouraged! This is actually a great place to kick off the night with many places to dine on Hong Kong Street – including some of our favourites like Amo and FOC.
