THE SCOOP: Raffles Hotel announced plans last week to open their second hotel in Singapore, with a new property coming to Sentosa in 2022. This villa concept, dubbed Raffles Sentosa Resort & Spa, will be comprised of 61 villas with private swimming pools, situated on a one million square foot property (just next to the Sofitel).
For those of us missing Raffles in our lives (we know we miss their epic free flow brunch), the iconic Beach Road hotel is poised to reopen finally on 1st August, after extensive renovations.
The new Sentosa property’s design has been conceptualized and creatively directed by Yabu Pushelberg’s design studio. Their amazing iterations of melding indoor/outdoor spaces are absolutely stunning, so we can’t wait to see how they bring this beachside resort to life.
