THE SCOOP: The Pontiac Stardust and Flat Stanley are the latest hotspots in Seminyak, opened by The Pontiac Group (behind some our favorite spots like Neon Pigeon and Summerlong). Matt White, previously from Alt Pizza and Extra Virgin Pizza, puts up hand-pulled sourdough pizza’s topped with local Balinese produce for the freshest flavours along with a healthy California style menu. The Pontiac Stardust, sister venue of The Pontiac Hong Kong (#32 in Asia’s Best 50 Bars), is a progressive’s cocktail bar inspired by art and energy of mid-century modern Palm Springs.
