Earlier this month, I had the chance to visit Antigua and Barbuda for the very first time as part of a campaign I was helping out on for Antigua and Barbuda Culinary Month. After looking at stunning photos of the islands online for months, I had an idea of what to expect, but the beauty surpassed my expectations and the islands welcomed me with open arms — golden sunsets and sunrises, warm smiles, and some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen.
While I was there, Causion, Antigua’s own Reggae Ambassador, was filming a music video for his new song Sunny Day in collaboration with Elite Island Resorts. Although I wasn’t involved in the production of the music video, I got to experience the energy and excitement surrounding the project firsthand — and it felt like the perfect soundtrack to everything I was seeing and feeling in real time.
Filmed at the gorgeous Galley Bay Resort and Spa, Sunny Day captures what makes Antigua so unforgettable: the way the sunsets wrap you up, the way the sea sparkles just right, and the sense of peace you feel when your feet hit the sand. It’s a celebration of romance, positivity, and that indescribable Caribbean magic that’s impossible to bottle up — but somehow, Causion managed to do it.
