How to Get to Palawan Beach, Sentosa Island Singapore

If you’re coming from Singapore’s main island, the easiest way to get to Palawan Beach is by taxi. However, if you want to save money, you can take the Sentosa Express from Vivocity to Beach Station. Once at Beach Station, head over to the tram station and get on the blue line. The tram will drop you off at Palawan Beach.

What to do at Palawan Beach Singapore

The main attraction on Palawan Beach is the suspension bridge that crosses the water to tiny Palawan Island. The island is the southernmost part of continental Asia and the closest part of Asia to the equator. On the island there are two towers that you can climb for sweeping views of the South China Sea and Sentosa Island. The bridge is free to cross and it’s not very long, which means it’s an easy stroll even for kids.

Speaking of kids, Palawan Beach has some of the best things to do on Sentosa Island for little ones. Besides swimming and playing on the sand, kids can role-play what they want to be when they grow up at Kidz City. This unique centre is set up like a miniature town with shops, hospitals, science labs, and more. Kids can try out different jobs to earn play money. Young people will also love the daily Animal Encounter shows at the Palawan amphitheatre and the Hydrodash floating obstacle course.
