Now that we have more strict measures in place, we know many of you will be working out from home. But guess what! Some of the worlds top fitness studios (and one of our favourite homegrown studios, boOm) are helping out during the Coronavirus outbreak and offering up live stream and recorded digital classes so you can get in some great workouts at home. Get those endorphins up!
Our favourite boxing studio in Singapore, has closed their studios temporarily but will be offering up classes on IG Live and IG TV. New Boombox and boOmcamp workouts will be available daily.

30 minute workouts are available from Orangetheory. They’ve got some of their most popular workout instructors to record the videos. No special equipment is required, but instructors may have you use some things in the kitchen instead of weights. New classes are being released daily. Head to their YouTube channel for more.

Free 15, 30 and 45 minute workouts are available on the app. Most of them are equipment free and designed by Nike trainers.
