This new concept showcasing contemporary Basque cuisine is helmed by Chef Aitor Jeronimo, the former head chef at Iggy’s. The wine list, curated by the groups sommelier, Amir Solay features a nice mix of Spanish wines. If you work in the CBD, you’ll want to pop in for their set lunch, starting at $38++ for 2 courses and going up to 6 courses for $68++.
