THE SCOOP: Singapore’s first and only all-Keto bakery has opened on Seah Street and it’s already a hit with health-conscious eaters. Seriously Keto offers up guilt-free breads and desserts that are low-carb, low-calorie, and free from added sugars. The idea for the cafe came when owner Janti Joso Brasali switched to a Keto diet and started seeing significant health benefits. She began baking her own healthy goodies and sharing them with family and friends, and they became so popular that demand soon necessitated a proper brick and mortar shop.
